6.  BOOK SWAPS

6.1 Book Swap Play Dates, Book Swap Parties and Book Swap Events are defined as 'Book Swaps.'

6.2 These are the terms under which you may organise a Book Swap using any of our Printables.  By organising a Book Swap using any of our Printables you accept, and agree to abide by these terms:

6.2.1 Book Swaps must not be organised for commercial purposes.

6.2.2 You must comply with our Reprint Policy.

6.2.3 As the Book Swaps are external to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damage connected to (i) your organisation of a Book Swap; (ii) your breach of these Terms and Conditions, including the Reprint Policy; or (iii) your use of our Site or any of the Printables (as defined in the Reprint Policy) unless it would be unlawful for our liability to be excluded.

6.2.4 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

6.2.5 Our Site is intended only for domestic and private use and we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or any direct or consequential loss or damage.
